1. What types of payments do you accept?
   We accept payments via PayPal and major credit/debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

AFTER YOU PLACE AN ORDER

A. Order Status

1. What does the order status "Unfulfilled" mean?
   This means your order is being processed, and we are still awaiting a tracking number from the postal service. Typically, we fulfill orders and send tracking numbers within 5-7 business days after shipment.

2. What does the order status "Fulfilled" mean?
   "Fulfilled" means your order has been shipped and is on its way to you!

3. It’s been a while, where is my order?

B. Order Tracking

1. How do I track my order?
   You’ll receive a tracking code within 5-7 business days after placing your order. You can track your order directly on our website: Track Your Order.

2. My tracking code says "pending" or "no information available at the moment."
   Tracking information may take 5-10 business days to update. If no updates are available after that time, please reach out to us at support@beleaze.com .

3. My tracking code says "expired."
   If your tracking code shows as "expired," please get in touch with us immediately at support@beleaze.com , and we will resolve the issue for you.

4. How do I stay updated about my order tracking?
   We use the AfterShip tracking system, so you’ll receive email notifications whenever your order status changes.

C. I Want to Change or Cancel My Order

1. I ordered something, but I want to cancel.
   To cancel your order, please contact us within 1 business day of placing your order. Send an email to support@beleaze.com with your order number in the subject line.

2. I ordered something, but want to change the item color or size.
   To change the color or size of your order, contact us within 1 business day. Please email us at support@beleaze.com with the new color or size you’d like to request.

AFTER YOU RECEIVE AN ORDER

A. I Want to Change or Return My Order

1. My order arrived, but I want to return it.
   If you’d like to return your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at support@beleaze.com . Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. I ordered something, but want to change the delivery address.
   If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us within 1 business day of placing the order. Email us at support@beleaze.com with the updated address.
